The horse shopping trip was excellent. The best parts of the entire horse shopping experience for me were:
a) communication PRIOR to coming to shop i.e. questions always answered in a timely fashion and QUICK !!!! communication (unlike what I experienced in USA where I had to CHASE people down MULTIPLE times to get any response or questions answered............ that was the most frustrating thing when I tried to shop in the USA no one got back to me !!!) and this was so much different with Sport Warmbloods that Anna always answered questions fast.
b) attention to detail on your part was excellent: being picked up at airport / transport / hotel arrangements / getting all horses arranged for my rides / vet for pre purchase exam arranged for ahead of time / THEN once horse purchased everything taken care of for horse transport / paperwork / blood tests / airline transport for horse / ground transport etc etc I did not have to do or arrange anything
c) super accommodating and any special requests were handled
d) follow up communication was very good
I think my relationship with my horse Listek is very good but this of course is something I realize takes TIME ...............at least one year before you really have a handle on the potential for the relationship then it grows from there............. the training part of the equation takes minimum of 2 years. I really think people need to understand this and I HOPE they do
You asked me how you could improve services even more because your goal is always to serve the clients better......Well, I believe this falls more onto the SHOPPER than on you . I guess I am trying to say that it would be hard for you to improve services IF person shopping is not detailed / complete enough in their requests because you do an excellent job of asking questions ahead of time regarding the rider / rider abilities / ability to get training... professional help / history on rider / requesting video of rider / true ability to handle what they are asking for / environment of horse / etc.
